Support for a nervous system that’s been working too hard for too long

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, shut down, stuck in old patterns, or simply ready for a different kind of support, I offer a grounded, attuned space to help your system soften and reconnect.

My work centers the body, the nervous system, and the parts of you that have been trying to keep you safe.

Two ways to Work Together

Therapy (Oregon Residents)

A slow, attuned space for emotional processing, integration, and deeper internal clarity. We follow your system’s pacing, not a protocol.

Nervous‑System Programs (SSP)

A gentle, neuroscience‑based listening program that helps your system shift out of survival mode and into regulation.

Who I Work With

I work with adults who:

  • feel overwhelmed or easily overloaded

  • struggle with sound sensitivity or sensory stress

  • feel stuck in fight, flight, or freeze

  • have trouble connecting or staying present

  • have tried talk therapy but still feel activated or guarded

  • want a more body‑based, nervous‑system‑informed approach

My Approach

Scenic view of a valley at sunset with green hills on either side, rocky outcroppings, a winding path in the grassy foreground, and a colorful sky with clouds and the setting sun.

My work blends:

  • Somatic awareness

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Nervous‑system regulation

  • Attachment‑based presence

  • Gentle pacing and attunement

We move slowly. We follow what feels possible. We create space for your system to shift in a way that feels safe and sustainable.

If you are curious about a gentler, body-led way to support your nervous system, you can learn more about the Safe and Sound Protocol as a separate offering.

Working together might include:

  • grounding and settling practices

  • noticing what’s happening in your body

  • supporting parts of you that feel overwhelmed or protective

  • exploring what your system needs to feel safe

  • integrating shifts gently over time

There’s no pressure to perform or “get it right.” Your system leads, and we follow.
