I’m Megan Wuest, a therapist and nervous‑system practitioner based in Eugene, Oregon.

My work centers on helping people reconnect with their own inner steadiness — the part of you that knows how to soften, regulate, and breathe again, even when life feels overwhelming.

I bring a calm, attuned presence to every session. My approach is collaborative and body‑led, meaning we move at a pace that feels safe, grounded, and respectful of your system. I’m not here to push or fix you. I’m here to help you listen to yourself in a new way.

Over the years, I’ve trained in nervous‑system‑focused modalities, including the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and I integrate these tools gently and intentionally. Whether we’re working with stress, sensitivity, burnout, relational patterns, or the simple desire to feel more like yourself, we follow what your body is ready for — nothing more, nothing less.

Clients often tell me they feel seen, understood, and able to exhale in our work together. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, curious, and supported without pressure or performance.

If you’re looking for a grounded, non‑clinical, and deeply human approach to nervous‑system support, you’re in the right place.

If my approach resonates, you’re welcome to begin with a 15‑minute Connection Call — a calm, low‑pressure space to explore what you’re experiencing and what kind of support might feel right for you.
