listen, act, and transform
With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families, I bring a warm, curious, and grounded presence to therapy. My work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS)—a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps people reconnect with their core self and move beyond patterns of overwhelm, self-criticism, and emotional stuckness.
I also draw from practices that support dual awareness and emotional release, helping clients gently observe their inner experience while cultivating spaciousness, clarity, and compassion.
I’m based in Eugene, Oregon, and primarily offer online sessions—because sometimes therapy is easier from your couch with a cup of tea. In-person sessions are available for those who prefer face-to-face connection.
I work with a wide range of clients—including fellow therapists—and strive to create a space where your full, authentic self is not only welcome, but central to the healing process.
If you’re feeling stuck, stretched thin, or simply ready to grow in new ways, you’re in the right place. Let’s begin the work that matters most: you.
